Hello everyone!
We all know I'm fond of a nice Barry M nail. Well throughout November, December and now January, I've worn this combination several times and I love it.
It consists of a grey colour called Chai from the Gelly range and a turquoise Glitterati shade called Catwalk Queen.
It's really simple to achieve, just apply two coats of the grey shade then a light coat of the glitter on top because it's pretty opaque glitter. I find it gives almost a metallic steel finish, it's so pretty for this time of year. Adding the colour as a bottom coat also helps the glitter stay chip-free for longer.
I don't usually add a top coat because it's shiny anyway and this duo seems to last quite a while on me but if you wanted even better longevity you could add one.
This has definitely been my favourite winter polish of 2014 and I think I'll be sticking with it until the warmer months :) Let me know what you think if your try this or find any other nice combinations!
