Hello everyone!
I've been giving it some thought recently and I'm seriously debating changing the name of my blog.
'Mysterious Neon Lights' has served me well over the last year but it's not really related to what my blog's about or who it's aimed towards. When I created this blog, I decided to call it mysterious neon lights as I loved, and still do love, The Killer's song 'The Rising Tide'. It has similar words in the song and I just thought it sounded cool. I actually renamed my Tumblr that before I even had this blog. I rarely use Tumblr anymore.
But anyway, I'm not rushing in to it, there are far too many cheesy blog names out there for me to give up the one I have already (which I do still like). I just feel like I need to name it something more appropriate. The only idea I have floating around right now is 'Leanne's Life' but I don't really want to use my name...
It's a predicament, trying to think of something unique, beauty-related yet not restricting me to only being able to write beauty posts is a challenge.
What do you guys think?

I think that if you want to change it you should! When I first started my blog I named it after my deviantART account, but as I got deeper into the blogging world, the name didn't suffice anymore. Thus, I changed it to something reflecting more on a general idea. I like "The Rising Tide" name since it leaves a bit of mystery! Maybe even "Leanne's Tide" would be a cool one too!

Yeah I think I'd rather change it sooner than later. Definitely want something more appropriate :) Leanne's Tide is a good idea haha thanks! I'm going to have to give it some thought over the next few weeks x
